Meetups & Conferences
Running a workshop means running registration, reminders, and follow-up by hand.
Event pages, registration, reminder sequences, and post-event follow-up for small-business meetups, workshops, and conferences — the operations half of hosting, handled. Early access; join the waitlist.
How it works
An event page that takes registrations
Details, capacity, and a form — without wiring three tools together for a workshop of thirty people.
Reminders that get people through the door
The same escalation the reminders service uses, pointed at an event: a registration confirmation, a nudge the day before, and directions on the morning.
Follow-up that actually happens
A thank-you, the materials, and a next step — sent the same day rather than the following week, once you have moved on to something else.
What it will cost
Not priced. Free events will stay free to host; the paid tier is for ticketing and the follow-up automation.
The established event platforms charge a percentage of ticket revenue plus payment processing. If you sell a lot of tickets that model may suit you better than ours, and it is worth comparing before you move anything.

- No paid ticketing yet.
- No seat or table assignment.
- No badge printing.
This list shrinks in the build log, which also records what broke.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this for large conferences?
- No. It is built for the workshop, the meetup, and the trade evening — tens of people, run by someone who also has a business to run. Large events need capabilities we are not building and should use a platform that has them.
- Can I sell tickets?
- Planned, not built. It is the part that needs payments, which is why it sits behind the same switch as everything else here.
Building something custom instead? Cosyslabs builds bespoke systems. Marketing automation — campaigns, content, social — is CastFleet’s lane rather than ours; BizForce automates operations.
